All items ending in $0.99 are FINAL SALE items and cannot be returned or exchanged. 


Please allow 2 business days to process your order and it can take up to 7-10 business days to receive your order via UPS Ground depending on your location. Please note, during peak holiday season, it can take up to 2 additional business days to process the order. Should you need your items sooner, UPS Overnight and 2-day air is available for an additional charge. These shipping costs are per address and calculated at check out. If there is a specific date that you need an item by, please contact Customer Service to determine if such date can be met. Orders placed over the weekend (Friday 12pm through Sunday evening) will be processed that following Monday and could take 1-2 days to process before being released to shipping. 

UPS does not deliver on Saturdays or to PO Box destinations- when checking out, please include a viable street address for all deliveries.

All products on the website are subject to availability and we will inform you by email if we are unable to fill your order.

All items ending in $0.99 are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please see the return instructions below within 14 days of receipt for a full refund less shipping costs. Items shipped after 21 days of order being placed are only eligible for exchange.  All SALE items are FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed, tags removed, or damaged in any way.

DISCOUNT CODES: Only one discount code can be applied per purchase. Discount codes cannot be combined. The discount codes are not eligible with Final Sale items ending in $0.99.

EXCHANGES: If you would like a different size or color, please return your unwanted item and place a new order. 

The customer is responsible for any items lost or damaged.

All returns to be paid for by the customer. We recommend that you insure a prepaid package and use a shipper, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or Federal Express that allows you to track your package. If you send a return COD, it will not be accepted.

The exact 'print repeat' in your final dress may vary from the website images due to the custom print process and the variation in garment sizes.

Please allow 10 business days from return shipment date to process your return and 3-5 additional days to appear on your credit card statement. Please note, during spring and summer seasons, it can take an additional 1-2 days for your return to be processed.  

Please follow the return/exchange instructions below:
1) Email with your  Name, Order #, Item # and reason for return within 14 business days of your receipt.  Items ordered ending in .99 are FINAL SALE and not eligable for return.
2) Customer service will issue you an RA# which is valid for 14 business days.
3) If the return is received after the 14 business days, only store credit will be issued.
4) Please complete the return form and inlcude it with your item(s). Claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be made by the shipper.
